We are unable to offer products from our 'Add A Little Extra...' range with products ordered from our 'UK Wide Delivery' range.



Returns/Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. Because of the perishable nature of our products and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly and to our mutual satisfaction, we advise you to make any complaint within 1 working day of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase.

Except where stated product prices exclude delivery. Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item.

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order.

Certain flower products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life.

All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply part (or all) of your order, we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.

Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.




If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
